ARCHITECTURE

Architecture has to do with planning, designing and constructing form, space and ambience to reflect functional, technical, social, environmental and aesthetic considerations. It requires the creative manipulation and coordination of materials and technology, and of light and shadow. Often, conflicting requirements must be resolved. Architecture also encompasses the pragmatic aspects of realizing buildings and structures, including scheduling, cost estimation and construction administration. Documentation produced by architects, typically drawings, plans and technical specifications, defines the structure and/or behavior of a building or other kind of system that is to be or has been constructed.

The dedication towards our work is depicted through the work culture prevalent and values imbibed in us from the inception of the organization and the well deserved recognitions which we have received over the past years.Ar.Akilan.R holds his Bachelor of Architecture from SRM University Chennai and REGISTERED ARCHITECT with Council of Architecture Delhi, Registered architect of Pondicherry Planning Authority (KPA/PPA) & Associate Member of Indian Institute of Architects(A.IIA). He has valuable work experience with M/S C.R.Narayana Rao & M/S Oscar Concessao International Architects a leading Global Architectural Firms in Chennai. In his work experience he handled Projects ranging up to 2million Sq.feet built up areas which includes Hospitality Buildings(Le Meridien-Coimbatore), Institutional(IISER-Pune-SustainableDesign), Residential, Auditoriums, Bungalows and Interiors.The office guarantees all clients a professional working process in all phases of a project from the initial idea to delivery. All buildings and and projects follow a communal planning approach which incorporates functionality, a high degree of architectural standard and ecological sustainability.
